2013年國際微電子構裝及電路技術研討會(IMPACT 2013)將於10/23~10/25日於南港展覽館舉行，本會依例邀請國內外熱管理專家於會議中的熱管理場次發表專題演講，本年度特邀請日本富山縣立大學校長兼機械系教授Prof. Masaru Ishizuka至IMPACT 2013做專題演講，並邀請其為台灣熱管理協會講授電子設備之熱管理技術。Prof. Masaru Ishizuka為國際知名電子散熱及熱傳專家，發表過上百篇論文，他也是日本機械學會及美國機械學會之重要會員，本次講座內容包括電子設備之散熱片設計、熱阻分析及計算方法、電子構裝散熱設計及分析等。另外本技術講座亦邀請到國內著名的雙相流專家-淡江大學機電系 康尚文教授來進行熱管理課程講授，他將針對迴路型熱虹吸器、脈衝式熱管及均熱板之基本實驗觀察及效能作一深入淺出之介紹。
